Group Of Kids Break Into House Right In Front Of Police

A group of five or six police officers and probably more off-camera are chatting in front of a house. A group of kids walk right beside them, down an alley and break in to the very house the officers are "protecting." Not only is the police abusive anf fucked up, it's also inefficient.
